Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.

I want to take a moment and acknowledge today is NINE ELEVEN🕯️. Let’s double down on our efforts to reconcile our differences and work towards a community of peace and acceptance.

Tell President Biden and Congress: We need urgent action on the climate crisis!

The Biden administration needs to take urgent and sweeping steps to confront the climate crisis. This includes declaring a national emergency under the National Emergencies Act, reinstating the crude oil export ban, ceasing new fossil fuel projects and drilling, and redirecting disaster relief funds to support distributed renewable energy construction in frontline communities.

Additionally, Congress must pass laws to help fight the climate crisis. We should take swift action to promote the growth of renewable energy sources and green technologies, resulting in job opportunities for millions of union workers. Furthermore, we should discontinue providing subsidies and tax exemptions to fossil fuel industries that are exacerbating the issue.

Now is the time to demand our elected officials act; we cannot afford to wait any longer. Can you take 1 (one) minute and send a People Power message: We need urgent action on the climate crisis!
