Happy Pride Month! I know you are all speaking out and championing the rights and freedoms of all in our community; keep up the excellent work!
Friendly reminder: the Equality Act passed under Speaker Pelosi’s leadership in the House in 2021 and met the SENATE REPUBLICANs/SINEMA/MANCHIN WALL. Like many good bills that have cleared the House, we have a few power-hungry elitists who are holding our rights and freedoms hostage. The Equality Act prohibits discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
We are asking our People Power United members to take a few actions in honor of our LGTBQIA+ brothers and sisters this month:
