MAGA Republicans are relentlessly attacking reproductive freedom, undermining the rights and autonomy of millions of Americans. Their harmful agenda puts personal medical decisions in the hands of politicians, stripping away essential healthcare and endangering lives. We must stand united to protect reproductive justice and preserve the rights of all people to control their own bodies.

AP Race Call: Nebraska voters reject constitutional amendment enshrining abortion rights
Seattle Times
Nebraska voters rejected a ballot measure to expand abortion rights in the state. The measure would have enshrined in the Nebraska Constitution the right to have an abortion until viability, or later to protect the health of the pregnant woman. It was one of two competing abortion measures to appear on the ballot. The other measure, which passed, instead enshrines the state’s current 12-week abortion ban into the state constitution and allows for the possibility of stricter bans.
The Majority Of States' Abortion Rights Amendments Won
HuffPost By Alanna Vagianos
Nearly everywhere abortion was on the ballot, Americans voted to protect it. Of the 10 states where abortion rights were on the ballot on Tuesday, seven voted to expand or enshrine abortion rights. The results are emblematic of what pro-choice advocates have been saying for decades: Abortion rights are widely popular. In the biggest win of the night, deep-red Missouri decided to codify abortion protections into the state constitution. - November 6, 2024
