Amy Sikma reports that during a debate between Senator Tammy Baldwin and Republican businessman Eric Hovde, Sen. Baldwin urged term limits for the Supreme Court justices and clear ethics standards.

Reuters: US Supreme Court to weigh which courts can hear EPA clean air policy challenges
Nate Raymond reports that on Monday the Supreme Court agreed to consider whether the EPA "could steer certain lawsuits challenging agency actions designed to reduce air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions away from regional appeals courts favored by opponents of its actions and to a court in Washington that regularly hears regulatory disputes."

In response to recent Supreme Court shenanigans, People Power United - a progressive grassroots group - issued the following statement:
“The Supreme Court has become unhinged. There is no power like that of the people, and People Power United stands ready to protect our communities against any and all injustices,” said Laurie Woodward García of People Power United.
People Power United will continue to oppose such harm to our community and champion civil rights for all.
