Friends, we are witnessing a full-scale attack on our rights, freedoms, democracy, and the rule of law—right now, in real time. But here’s the thing: we have the power to stop it. The only question is whether we’ll use it.
Today, I’m diving into why action is essential and why we must stand up against those trying to strip away our power. Throughout the coming week, I’ll break down how we fight back—together.
A huge shoutout to everyone who joined our Rapid Response for Our Freedoms: Stop Project 2025 event (some of what we covered is below). We shattered expectations—over 6,000 people signed up, completely overwhelming our usual 500-1,000 attendee limit. I sincerely apologize to those who couldn’t get in.
To make sure more people can participate, we’ve added multiple smaller events with capped attendance, and we’ll keep adding more. This movement is growing fast—because people are ready to fight back. Stay tuned. We’re just getting started.
What is Project 2025?
Before we dive into the current situation, we must first recognize how we got here. In addition to apathetic voters and citizens who relinquished their power to corrupt politicians by failing to engage, we must also remind ourselves of the origins of Project 2025 and it’s plan to assault our rights, freedoms, democracy, and the rule of law. 1
Project 2025
A detailed roadmap (a 900+ page document) for implementing conservative policies across various government agencies and departments.
Deregulation of government, moving from People Power elected leaders to an authoritarian rule led by a "supreme leader" or dictator
Fires thousands of government employees and replaces them with conservative loyalists
Implements thousands of policies to impose a radical ideology on the masses
The KOCH family funded this effort by donating 22 million dollars, and the Heritage Foundation is leading it.
There are over 100+ organizations across the US that support this effort
So that is the Project 2025 plan unless we the people show up, speak out, and build power to replace these corrupt politicians. Let’s take a moment and review the current state of affairs, just two weeks into the current administration of 34-time convicted felon President Trump.
America’s current State of Affairs

In just the first two weeks of Trump’s administration, he unleashed a wave of actions that hurt Americans, undermined our safety, and prioritized the wealthy over everyday people. This comprehensive list highlights how quickly damage can be done when those in power act without accountability.
This isn’t just a reflection of the past. It’s a warning for the future. If this much harm was done in just two weeks by Trump and his cronies, what can we expect over the next four or forty years?
Friendly reminder: almost 80 percent of people who call America home did not vote for 34-time convicted felon President Trump. 2
Why is this happening?
Because America has not lived up to the promise of our shared ideals and values.
Who is responsible for this?
Everyone. This is our collective failure. But the solution is in our hands—if we stop waiting for someone else to step up.
What can we do?
Their goal is to wear us down. They want us to quit, to give up—but we won’t.
Rest when you need to, recharge your energy—but don’t check out. Our strength comes from persistence, from showing up, speaking out, and standing together in our collective people power. This is how we build people power. This is how we win.
United States Grassroots Activism
Everyone can be an activist and show up, speak out, and build people power.
Grassroots activism is a powerful force that can shape the direction of a nation. The MAGA movement, despite its dangerous agenda, has demonstrated just how effective organized, relentless mobilization can be. Across the country, their activists have worked tirelessly in their communities, engaging voters and shifting political allegiances. The results are clear—county by county, even in traditionally blue states, MAGA influence is growing.
A recent Washington Post map 3 visualized this shift with red arrows marking the movement from Democrats to Republicans. It wasn’t surprising, but it was a stark reminder of the power of grassroots organizing. While I strongly oppose the Project 2025 agenda and MAGA’s mission to dismantle our rights, freedoms, and democracy, their success underscores the urgent need for us to match their energy and commitment.
If we want to protect the future of this country, we must double down on our own organizing efforts to build people power in every city and every state in our nation.
We the people must show up, speak out, and build power to replace these corrupt politicians.
My hope is you look at this map and realize that people have the power to make a difference, and change what is happening. Together, we will keep fighting for a future where everyone—not just the privileged few—can thrive. Stay strong. Stay engaged. We’ve got work to do! Join us to drive progress.

FORWARD NEVER STOPPING.
I just joined. I doubt that I can ever March because I need assistance to walk. However I have been calling and writing my senators (Democrats)and congressman(Republican) several times a week. I hope that helps. What else can people like me do?
