We do zero fundraising. We don't flood your inbox with fundraising emails—because we believe real change comes from People Power, not big money. This isn't just an anniversary—it's a testament to what's possible when people refuse to sit on the sidelines and choose to rise, organize, and take action.
What began as a bold idea—to build a movement that informs, inspires, and activates people right where they are—has turned into a force for truth and justice. Together, we've built something extraordinary: a space to speak out, stay informed, and mobilize for the long haul. And this past year proves that you don't need to be in Congress, have millions of followers, or live in a swing state to make an impact. All you need is the will to act—and the courage to keep showing up.
That's what People Power United is all about.
Over the past year, we've published posts and resources aimed at helping you stand up from home—with guides on everyday acts of resistance, how to fight fascism with facts, and why your voice online and offline matters more than ever. We've done events and talked about living your values boldly, amplifying truth in the face of disinformation, and refusing to let silence become complicity.
And now, we're taking that mission to the next level.
This month, we launched daily livestreams on Substack at 11 am Eastern, sharing up-to-the-minute news, upcoming events, strategies, and ways to plug into the work. Whether you tune in during your coffee break or watch the replay, these livestreams help you stay engaged, informed, and ready to act. Because this isn't just a news cycle—it's a movement for Freedom over Fascism.
We also kicked off our 20 Minutes a Day Activism Challenge—a simple, powerful commitment to take action every day. Whether you're reaching out to voters, attending virtual events, or amplifying truth online, those 20 minutes add up. If each of our 250,000 members took five meaningful actions a day, we could generate more than 1 million actions every single day. That's how movements win—through persistence, consistency, and collective action.
And our momentum is just beginning.
We are adding more events to the calendar each week—from trainings to community engagement events- and we are building this together, step by step.

I will work hard to let my family and friends know of your record if you are silent or accepting of this authoritarian takeover by Trump and Elon Musk. I do not support closing of any department or cutting funds that have been allocated for our communities. You should be working to expand programs that help our families.
