Since he occupied the OFFICE of the Presidency, how was he *not* an officer.

I think the judge just wanted to play it cautious until SCOTUS rules but I don't trust *this* corrupt SCOTUS*

The text of the oath of office for President says:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the OFFICE of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

As a linguist, there is only one way to interpret this: The Presidency is an OFFICE, therefore the President was an OFFICER. there are no 2 ways to understand that.

Good thing there's no double standard in the Justice System in this country for the "haves" and "have nots," huh? SHEESH!!
