📢 Reform the MAGA Supreme Court Now

🗽The Supreme Court has become unhinged, and we are taking action to hold them accountable.

Friends, there was another report today that I wanted to bring to your attention: more undisclosed trips are being attributed to Justice Clarence Thomas.¹

Democracy works better when leaders represent it and people hold their leaders accountable. We can not stand idly by when:

• Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has taken in almost 4 million in gifts and disclosed only 27 out 347 of actual gifts taken.

• Supreme Court Justice Alito and his wife fly a 'Stop the Steal' flag at his home in defense of Trump and a ‘Appeal to Heaven’ flag at their summer home

• A recording of Justice Samuel Alito saying that the country should return to a place of "godliness"

• Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas's wife, Ginny, coordinated "Stop the Steal" efforts with members of Congress and Trump's White House staff.

• Republican Mega Donor Harlan Crowe has bought and paid for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas: luxury trips, a home, schooling for his nephew, and an R.V. 

We must hold our leaders accountable to the people's will; if they do not listen, we must do the work to replace them.  Please join us to push for Freedom over Fascism.

Today’s Calls-to-Action

The No More Gifts Act would cap the value of gifts justices are allowed to receive at $50, bringing the justices in line with the rules that govern Members of Congress. It would also cap gifts of personal hospitality, which are currently unregulated, at a value equal to the tax threshold for personal gifts, currently about $18,000.

1. In support of this bill, I would ask that as a call to action for today to please pick up the phone and call your member of Congress (202) 224-3121 to urge them to co-sponsor and support the NO MORE GIFTS ACT.
