Two Republican Judges Have Silenced Millions

When two Republican appointed judges decide to throw out the 58 year old Voting Rights Act - by nullifying the people's right to challenge corruption, dark money in politics, and gerrymandering, what do you do?

We organize!

The recent 2-1 decision¹ by an appeals court weakens the Voting Rights Act by saying that groups and individuals have no standing. They can not sue to remedy voting rights violations. Let’s be clear, this is another attack on our rights and freedoms by radical Republicans, MAGA extremists, and the conservative cult.

The extremists want us to give up. They want us to believe we can not effect change. They want to wear us down so we cave to their ongoing power demands.

Never! Americans do not cower to bullies. We do not give up. We do not keep silent in fear. Americans understand our nation is not perfect, but progress does not happen unless we come together and work towards solutions.

We are stronger when we come together and we will get through this. Now is the time to demand our elected officials act; we cannot afford to wait any longer. Voting rights are all the rights and freedoms that we love and cherish.
