Yes, Trump can be disqualified from the ballot

• We are now at 78 charges of criminal activity for our former President Donald Trump.

• The former President Donald Trump is innocent until proven guilty and should be treated as such.

• Trump can be disqualified from the ballot and in fact under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, he should be disqualified. The U.S. Constitution prohibits the former president from running for future office, and it would be fraudulent to allow him a spot on any ballot.

Under section 3 of the 14th Amendment several individuals have been disqualified from holding public office.¹ Under 14.3, no conviction is required to prevent an individual from running for public office. Couy Grifin was recently removed from his position as an elected county commissioner in New Mexico for his role in the January 6 attack.

There is nothing more fraudulent than allowing a known insurrectionist promoter to run for public office-let alone the highest office in the nation-president. Here are some quick-and-easy ways to push for progress:
