Re Leonard Peltier: I believe the suggestion to write to the Parole Board is outdated. At this time we need to write/phone/email Biden (& Harris) to ask Biden to pardon Leonard Peltier. Time is short, let’s do this!
Biden did NOT pardon or even commute the sentences of either Roof (who murdered people at a Black church) or the perpetrator of the synagogue shooting. Those two, along with the Boston marathon bomber, were the only ones on death row whose sentences he didn't commute. The others weren't pardoned either; they will remain in prison. As for Peltier, he wasn't on death row. There's still a chance Biden will pardon him, and he should certainly do so.
